Nothing wrong with being aggressive there. You need TDs to beat KC. Poor route by Knox or poor choice of pass by Josh, or both are to blame there.

No it doesn't. It puts us up 9, and a TD + FG for them puts us in the same position. The only thing that "makes up for it" is a 2 point conversion.

Totally disagree you're missing Kincaid/Coleman and were gifted good field position. KC wins multiple 1 possession games.
