Also, I just checked, in 2018 Flacco started both the games as Lamar was not the starter at that time. OK it makes more sense now.

It happened in 2019 as well, their last game was vs PIT and he sat as BAL had #1 seed.

Also missed a start in 2020 against PIT due to COVID.
