The ref just called his own timeout I guess.

That was weird. There was no TO signal. The Ref just stopped the clock for no reason.

Bates hit one that barely went through both uprights. I'm not sure if that's accuracy or just pure luck.

Honestly some awful officiating in the last 2 minutes.

Missed painfully obvious DPI that probably cost Houston the game.
Called the RB in bounds when he clearly landed OB forcing an extra TO by Houston.
Called a timeout that literally had the Lions coach saying "I didn't call a timeout"

Ya know, the Lions won, but it did nothing to convince me that Goff has what it takes to win when it gets to tough playoff games.

The Lions have the resolve of a Champion. This is surreal for me as a long suffering Lions fan but I've sort of come to accept that this is what they are over the last 3 seasons. Crazy resilience and toughness that this team continues to display.

The Texans being shutout in the second half despite all of the Goff turnovers tells you how good the Lions defense still is.

Also how hard Stroud choked. He had a TD that would have been a layup in high school but then held the ball for an extra 5 seconds and floated a ball behind his receiver to allow the safety to catch up.

Should have put the game away with that.

The play calling, the offensive line have been terrible.
Despite their record, Stroud has been having a poor sophomore season.

Some of this goes to the Texas shifting from a last place schedule to a first place schedule. They're still a good team, but their road is more difficult.
