What I don't get is why the Giants played their final drive so conservatively. Seems they never intended to try and score a TD

Based on this game alone, the Giants need a QB much more than the Panthers do, so it was in their best interest to lose that game.
The problem for them is they beat the Browns and I am not sure I see a path where they finish worse than them

Congrats to Carolina for a 2 game winning streak (Which in Football actually is a streak). They suck and the fans have seen bad football, but it's nice when good things happen for bad teams.

As for the 49ers CMC is back, and I hope the 49ers show signs of last years dominance. Time for the stretch run.

Patriots already with more rushing yards by their running backs this game with 17 then they had last week with 15

They're tanking and they are not quiet about it.
In the Washington game, they went for 2 twice with the inept offense they had instead of kicking an XP. The difference would have been a 3 pt game versus a 5 point game. And the week prior, they had that weird 2 pt conversion that also failed.

Most felt they could win 7-8 games this year, that game was so early on seems a bad strategy week 2 or 3
