16.5 would put him tied for 11th in terms of per year salary. If he was guaranteed 40 million that would place him tied for fifth. Still no official figures that I am aware of.

Did Miami really just sign Ramsey to a huge extension? Feel like Xavian Howard was the better corner at this point in their careers and they let him go...
EDIT: Didn't realize how old Howard was. Still though, Ramsey's really struggled with injuries the last few years and is already banged up this year...
