Seriously though what's the Habs and MSL's plan for Pezz at this point. If MSL isn't gonna play him anymore just try and move him or put him on waivers to see if he can get a chance somewhere else instead of letting him rot in the pressbox.

Does anyone in the MTL media even ask MSL or Hughes about Pezz and what their plans are for the guy?
It does suck for Pezz, but even if you do find him an NHL team where he gets to play, you will still end up having to have someone on the Habs sitting in the pressbox in case of injuries. Like is it better to give Pezzetta a chance with another team but then have Condotta or Tuch sit in the pressbox the rest of the season?

In the end the plans are wait for an injury and then give him his opportunity.

They've already had injuries earlier and called players up from Laval instead of giving Pezz any playing time.

I think alot of us have already considered chicago as a trap game.

You are coming off huge emotional highs and I'm sure there was no lack of motivation getting ready for the last three games against quality opposition.

It's going to be much harder to get jacked up for the blackhawks. And you have to fear complacency and the general volatility that comes with a youthful squad.

It's definitely a game where I'm bracing for a let down.
Demons of Doubt…be gone! You have no place here in Habs Land any longer!

Trap game in chicago, then high altitude in Colorado..... then the dreaded first game home off a road trip.

It's brutal in every way.
Did we say the same with the games against the Panthers, the Lightning, and the Knights. If the Habs played the same way as in the last three, they should win 2 out of these 3 games.

Damn, I don't want to be too greedy. So I'm taking back my wish for Jessica Alba to give me a New Year's kiss.
Well, I did do something about it. Not the bedroom gif, but something else. Looks like this supposedly retired gentleman has executive obligations and is much too busy to notice!

They did great on this trip so far. Even the biggest critics here don't have anything to say about it.

But that doesn't mean the team is now great and there won't be bumps moving forward. If these teams lost to montreal, then chicago can sure as hell beat the Habs.

Two of these games are historical traps, and the other is in high altitude. I'm not saying they can't make something out of it but I'm trying to show the difficulty in this next 3 in 4 stretch is greater than meets the eye.

Yes and no, they have had guys they called up that would leapfrog Pezz and play, but they weren't really injury replacements. The only forward to get injured during the season and miss games was Slafkvosky, and Pezzetta played those 3 missed games.

Now it's true they might just callup someone if/wehn someone else gets injured but it's also true that they have used Pezzetta as an injury replacement player.

Hawks never beat a good team on the road but they’ve somehow surprised the Caps, the Wild and Stars at home. Nothing should be taken for granted.

And we can add that the Hawks are on a 5 games losing streak...they should be hungry.

Yeah, I did too. It's just that when I watch him, I think he should be using that big frame of his to muscle the puck out of the boards more often. It’s kinda surprising when he does and I don’t wanna be surprised - I want that to be his regular game. Hopefully, it’s just about him getting more seasoned.
Slaf is disruptive but not effective he needs to be both.
Picks off a puck behind the net turns and fires a pass to no one when both his line mates are Wide Open bearing down in the slot.
He had plenty of time to see the next play and simply rushed it.
Plenty of detail work to do with Slaf.

Yes indeed. I can never get enough of the Book of Revelation. As you can probably deduct, Jesus is my #1 hero….but Guy LaFleur is definitely in my top 10.
Look into what happened in 70AD and everything just seems to make more sense with that book . Josephus gives a complete breakdown of what took place at that time. God Bless ✝️
