Didn't watch the game but judging by the boxscore, this was about as balanced an offensive output as I've seen in years from this team, with a shutout to boot.

You can't be much more dominant as a team on the scoreboard than they were tonight.

Having solid, competent goal tending with this era is SCARY.

Yes this was vs. ANA, and don't get ahead, yada yada yada... It's hard not to look at the big picture here. This team has serious options in net.

If we can ride into the playoffs with this amazing goal tending, sky is the limit.

I have said for years we NEED solid goal tending. Goal tending can completely change an entire team. Just ask MTL when they beat us.

I was stoked with these pick ups, and so far it's paying off. I can't believe WSH let go of Samsonov, but I'm extremely happy he is on our team now.
