Stuart Skinner is the biggest problem, unfortunately there are many more. Old, slow, lazy, and stupid is just as big a problem and unlike an upgrade in net this will take much more than a single new player. This team looks flat out terrible, like a bottom feeder.

If Bowman loves Skinner so much then fine, keep Skinner. Tell Kane to stay home and use the space to have a Skinner-New Guy tandem. If Skinner is so great then he will beat the new guy and keep the net. The worst case scenario is that we have expensive injury insurance, which has value. Lots of cup winners had strong tandems
