It was a great joke. It set me up to emphasize itI wasn’t sure …so I guessed…lol
Oilers are 7 and 3 and have carried the play most games yet never had more PPs than the opposition. Make it make senseGreat overall game. Dominant.
I wish someone would develop a stat for expected penalty minutes for.
Refs are getting a little ridiculous. Our PPs per possession time is so low.
He's the kind of guy you wouldn't like at a family party but on the ice he can really give you an edge. Its like having Dave Semenko there to be king cop of everything AND Kane is filthy skilled and scores a lot of goals.
On a value level per pricetag he's top beef in playoffs. My only worry was how the hell could he dial his game up to be this good, but somehow he does. He's a freak of nature. Few players can miss a whole year and play like this.
But theres also something else in Kane. His Alpha presence and everything from calm to sharp dressed dude he comes in grinning, confident, and it just becomes infectious to the team. He's such a big part of this team, pun intended.
How the f*** do I even know this lmaoHe's the kind of guy you wouldn't like at a family party but on the ice he can really give you an edge.
You need some snarly b*stards in the playoffs.
I knew once healthy our forward depth was going to be stacked.Who knew going in to the playoffs that our depth was the club's greatest strength? I thought for sure it was Mc-Drai.
Sweet to know the truth.
Not sure if you saw my comments but it was a brilliant move. KK put Kap and Pods with Drai in what was simply meant to be a shutdown line, a sawoff line allowing the Oilers to stack the other lines.Leon didn't get any points but he was much better tonight, a much needed performance from the big man.
I'd like him at the party too! He's the kind of guy you wouldn't like at a family party but on the ice he can really give you an edge.

Seemed to have more focus tonight and feeling and seeing the puck better. His reads were all there. It helped that the Oilers were really negating the pass across all night.
Stu played a good game.
That's what happens when you play American teams in non-traditional hockey markets. It's been very clear for a long time that the league likes to put their thumb on the scale to help grow the game down south.Oilers are 7 and 3 and have carried the play most games yet never had more PPs than the opposition. Make it make sense
All these clips I’ve seen tonight from Hill losing his shit, on only two of them does an Oiler actually contact him. One was Hyman where he did graze him as he was crashing the net but he had turned away and was trying to miss him. The other time was when a stationary Kane was cross checked from behind over top of Hill. All those other times were fly bys including the play where Hill stuck his leg out to trip Janmark who was skating past the crease after a whistle and started an altercation that bafflingly led to a Vegas power play.
He’s great in the playoffs because he seems to solve teams eventually. Problem is we lose the first couple games sometimes.Knoblauch really is a great coach. I don't always agree with everything he does but he doesn't get enough credit around here.
He would be welcome at any gathering of my family. Honored to have him. He's the kind of guy you wouldn't like at a family party but on the ice he can really give you an edge.
