Jets are going to have a massive decision to make this summer if this continues and they lose this series.
I had zero confidence heading into this game. Stu, Kapanen and Bouchard played really well. Those 3 will need to repeat their performances 10 times in a row before I can believe in them again. In the meantime, it is good to see them all do well and put forth a solid performance. Surprised me alot.
Why do you say that? Knoblauch mentioned the Draisaitl line was purposely hard matched to the Eichel line in a shutdown role. It worked because they held that line to 1 shot all game.Honestly i don't love the line changing, it worked, but long term I don't see it.
We do know that a small line up change/ a line combo change seems to give this team a 1 game boost.
Everything was looking good expect for Leon and his 4th line wingers. Doubt this would cut it vs Dallas.
Up 2-0 in game 3 against LA, so no, not our only win where we scored firstHuh, so that was our 7th win, and I’m pretty sure our only win where we scored first.
Podz-Drai-Kapanen line was great in regular season and arguable our most stable line 5 on 5.Honestly i don't love the line changing, it worked, but long term I don't see it.

He has stepped up for sure.. im usually the first to bash him but he has been great defensively in this series. TOI he gets is just crazy.I know some have been "grumpy" about Bouchard, but he's truly becoming that true #1 defenseman in these playoffs. Pay that guy.

It's nice that we have a shutdown centre I just didn't expect is to be a 14M Rocket Richard winner lol
Bouchards had far more good games than bad games.I had zero confidence heading into this game. Stu, Kapanen and Bouchard played really well. For me, definitely this. Need more of this. Not sure what I enjoyed more on that play, Henrique scoring between the legs, celebrating like yakupov or kane running over hill
Led the team in PK time as well. He's been just great, a #1D, keep him for a long time.He has stepped up for sure.. im usually the first to bash him but he has been great defensively in this series. TOI he gets is just crazy.
I'd say he's had no bad games, just bad moments.Bouchards had far more good games than bad games.
I didn't listen to the post-game so I didn't hear that but this f***ing guy. The amount of entitlement is out of control. What an absolute whining dipshit. Every f***ing game this guy is calling out the refs after them completely and utterly favouring his dirty, diving, piece of shit team. This makes me so mad. I guess when you are Bobblehead's pet team you are used to absolutely everything going your way and when it doesn't you can whine like a petulant child.Lol Cassidy saying in the post game he's going to get the league to look into why we didn't get more penalties for going into the crease. Unreal.
He also gave us a lot of credit, said we played a playoffs winning game in a number of fashions and there's a reason we were within a goal last year.
Yeah and Kolesar noping out and going after Nurse instead.Best part of the Vegas team going after Kane was him backing out ripping his helm off and pretty much asking them to line up
Huh, so that was our 7th win, and I’m pretty sure our only win where we scored first.
In the playoffs, yes. Regular season, he was beyond terrible defensively. Bouchard seems to ramp it up for the playoffs. Don't know why he doesn't do play like this during the regular season.Bouchards had far more good games than bad games.
Because it long and doesn't really matter. Plus things happen as well (illness, travel, tough bounces, etc)In the playoffs, yes. Regular season, he was beyond terrible defensively. Bouchard seems to ramp it up for the playoffs. Don't know why he doesn't do play like this during the regular season.
It was great to see Nurse step in there. A solid game from him last night. I would keep Nurse-Stecher together even when Ekholm returns.Yeah and Kolesar noping out and going after Nurse instead.![]()
notedFixed. Sounds better if it's this trophy than the Art Ross lol.
Despite the total dominance the advanced stats are relatively close in this game. Sure some of it is score effects but this is why I don't always put a ton of stock into these things.
