I thoughtv Pickard played pretty well last game, well enough to get them the win if their PP had scored. And I was thinking on a lot of those shots that Skinner probably would have been ventilated by that point. This makes little sense, but ok.

Like I said, most of the shots he faced were point blank easy shots. You watch his head and more than half the time he had no idea where the puck was. I think it's a smart move going back to Skinner. A game like this and Pickard would get exposed. He's well below avg at best.

Oilers are also the only team that can catch a flu bug, and have to travel to other cities!

Isn't that the type of stuff you want to keep a tight lid on until the series is over?
Getting a lead in this series seems to be code for "retreat into defensive shell!" It has often led to the chasing team getting more run of play and shots on net.
