It's actually a staple of the Oilers powerplay. Watch for it when McDavid and Drai cross over each other before McDavid feeds Drai for the sharp angle one tee.

It's never called and (not just for the Oilers either). I don't get it, this isn't basketball, quit letting them set screens.
