McDavid has been effectively checked all series long, Miller is driving him nuts.

There is no answer for Draisaitl, he plays 30 minutes a game and that shot from the hashmarks is like facing Ovechkin in his prime.

They aren't making things hard enough on Draisaitl imo. Atleast last night.

McDavid you can't rush at or he'll burn you & score (as we saw with Soucy & the breakaway in game 2), but they need to get more physical with Leon.

The PP is going to be hard no matter what, just gotta try to not give easy passing lanes to him like they did (easier said than done), but 5v5 play him harder.

Pickard played extremely well for the Oilers. Canucks played everything right up until the final minute. Once they got possession after tying the game, I knew it was over. Tough look but what are you gonna do?

I am happy this series will go at least 6. Its been a defensive battle some nights, but its anything but boring.

Oilers were the better team last night straight up.

This feels like it will go 7, which is awesome considering how long it's been since these two teams met in the playoffs.
The Oilers were the better offensive team last night. But they are that in most games they play

He’d better be 100%. Silovs has been incredible. It won’t matter who is in net if they play like they did last night

Demko maybe stops that last one. But yeah.

I'd be a little nervous given he's probably pushing the injury if he comes back. But we'll see maybe he'll be fine.

They were the better defensive team too. Played alot more intense in their own end than we did.

They did a really good job limiting space & boxing out.

There's been lots of wild back and forth, most of the troll Vancouver fans are predictably MIA today. The remaining Vancouver fans posting have for the most part been pretty good.
yeah this thread has been alot more dead today than it was before......we have the same trolls on our side so it makes sense

Hopefully, he’s texting and apologizing about the series soon.
a little early to be trying to book tee times, there is still 3 games left

This idea that "Skinner bad" means the Canucks aren't any good is utter tripe. The Canucks made Skinner look bad. The things the Canucks did were obviously a factor. Why was Skinner adequete for all other teams but the Canucks ?
The only other team that faced Skinner was the Los Angeles Kings

Agreed. Have a feeling this is the Miller we'll see in game 5.

Canucks need to raise their intensity to match what the Oilers brought in game 4, need him to lead that charge.

it would be more impressive if he was doing that against players that we know exist to be honest.
