It does seem like we need Perry to keep being bad to truly justify taking his playoff pedigree out of the lineup. He has a great personality and any coach probably sees him as a valuable x factor.

Subbing him out may be part of our final evolution to winning the cup

Get a Centre like bjugstad between him and Janmark. Killer 4th line.

It's our third line that is causing so much problems.

Our 3rd line woes aren't even due to the centre.

McLeod is very blah. Exessively blah if you will. But he's sound defensively and isn't completely lost in the dot. He's also got some puck skill and lots of speed to burn. His lack of hitting and forecheck is aggervating and needs to be improved sooner rather than later. But pound for pound, it's tough to find a better 3C at his price point especially one with potential future upside.

Foegele has been completely lost, asleep at the wheel even during these playoffs. He needs to take a page out of Holloway's book and just become a fiery ball of hate. Hit, forecheck, muck it up, at least if you're not contributing on the scoresheet you're at least helping maintain momentum and create space for those who are doing something.

The game has passed Perry by. He can still do a bit in limited minutes but Vancouver's speed is frying him like he's a frozen fish stick. He's still being irritating and playing that worm role, but his inability to actually play the game instead of the game within the game is making a lot of us question his relevancy.
