Game 7—if only they had shown up in the first 50 minutes.

But really, this series was decided by the losses in games 2 and 4. Either game Vancouver could’ve won.

Clean house this off-season, eliminate all the passengers. Almost every free agent wanted a raise but played like dogshit. Fire the special teams coaches

Man. Almost had enough magic left at the end.

Glad they made a fight of it. Wish they’d played a whole 60 like that - but man.

What a season. Great to finally have some new playoff memories to cherish.

Arturs Silovs, take a bow. What a playoff.

To everyone here - thanks for a great ride. I loved going through it with you all.

Where was the desperation in Game and Game 7, other than the last 5 minutes?

That series was there for the taking.

They played that way for two full elimination games basically outside that brief period in the third. I don't even think the Oilers are particularly good. They gave it away.

Anyways boys, it's been a crazy amazing season. A lot of us were here through the dark times of the last 8 years. Can you believe we pushed it to game 7? It's unbelievable we're at this place. The team has so much promise, and these lessons are best learned early. Thanks to everyone here, looking forward to next season!

You wonder how long the Canucks can play a system where they have to outwork the opposition every night to win. They looked exhausted out there.
Very well put.

The Canucks play like a team that doesn't have much talent. Like a Nashville type team.

Meanwhile Edmonton plays like a team that knows they're better than you.

Gotta hand it to the Oilers, their forecheck and defense in the final four minutes was suffocating.

The Canucks had no quality chances even with the goaltender pulled.
Their coach is pretty good, despite some of their fans giving him a hard time. That timeout, tho obvious, really calmed them down and they came thru defensively. Hats off to him and them. They played a better 7 game series and won it. Too bad for us but i can recognize that as one salty bitter mutherf***ing Canucks loving fan
