What criticism. The simple question is when you high Stick a player and there is blood.It is a four minute penalty. It is not up for debate. In this instance it was not. Again?I could care less who wins but how does this make any sense. Certainly nothing Rantenan did before the play has any bearing on it. Just a neutral fan asking a question.

That blood rule needs to be changed.
