I think the NHL has decided to not penalize interference. There are always picks happening, and those just become normal play.
In a way, I think it is incumbent on coaching to notice and plan accordingly.
It's weird. I never really know where thing will land. Some interference does get called, other stuff not at all.
It's a total crapshoot. Some teams are taking advantage of the leniency when it comes to interference. Been that way for several years now. It's smart to take what they will give you.

All that matters is the fans got to see how bad McDivey is, and now understand why other Western teams complain about it.

There is a 0% chance Pickard doesn't play the next game. He was the reason they were there with 35 seconds left and Skinner sucks ass like human centipede
He's really not good. Failing to cover the post, letting rebounds shoot up the middle of the ice. I think his luck will run out if they stick with him.

the last sequence was a mess for Edmonton.. they got the puck into the NZ but Ekholm makes a casual change.. Nucks get it up quick, Nurse gets on and looks like he had a chance to engage right away but he backs off , only engaging once he had his bearings.. It's not a terrible play but the crappy change and Nurse not engaging right away allowed for this.

Draisaitl seemed very disgusted.. ultra super disgusted.

Bros acting like edm would challenge the stars

Everyone in here acting like there's a 30 point gap between Dallas/Colorado and these 2 teams. Dallas had a whopping 1 more regulation win than Edmonton. It'll be a competitive series regardless of who makes it out.

Vancouver
Oilers depth players were way more noticeable tonight, and Pickard played really well. That, ironically, is a more sustainable way for them to play, but the Canucks had one of their better games all playoffs. Here's hoping they end it on Saturday.
