As Turek has shown us, anything can happen in a Game 7; and as Blues fans we're naturally conditioned to expect the worst. They may still lose and rip our hearts out...but I'm actually pretty comfortable with their chances of winning tonight. This was always expected to be a long series, and 'Blues in 7' seemed to be the prevailing sentiment entering the festivities. No reason to think it will play out any differently tonight. Having already dropped two on home ice, and clinching last series in STL against Winnipeg, I think the Blues will come out fired up and have complete control of this game, right up until the ass-clenching, gut-wrenching final few minutes when Binnington and the crew will be scrambling for their 3rd round lives.

I've made peace with the Blues potentially losing tonight. I also hope that this year is different than any other year and we win a cup. This week is finals week, and I'll be studying and tutoring, but hopefully I can come back to some happiness after the dread that is finals, I don't know if I can handle a game 7 loss after studying for hours.
