Refs really do suck. As a neutral observer between these teams it would be very entertaining to watch Edmonton on the Power Play and see if they could potentially come back in this game.

The refs should not give the Oilers a PP just because it would be entertaining

Drai has been fine, McDavid has the points, but my God he turns the puck over like crazy

lol, no he hasn't, cool he scores goals, but he literally costs his team the game over and over. When it comes down to clutch time, he is always on the ice in the d-zone fishing the puck out of his own net.

Vegas got dinged for a couple high sticks on follow throughs in previous games. Don't get me wrong, I'm relieved they're not on the penalty kill but the inconsistency is objectively there.

Some of you need to familiarize yourselves with rule 60:

A “high stick” is one which is carried above the height of the opponent’s shoulders.

Players must be in control and responsible for their stick. However, a player is permitted accidental contact on an opponent if the act is committed as a normal windup or follow through of a shooting motion, or accidental contact on the opposing center who is bent over during the course of a face-off.

Remember: The Oilers are not losing because of a missed call here or there; they are losing because their goaltending is suspect and they can't play with a lead.

They've played alright with the lead. Most of the goals Vegas has scored in all these comeback wins have been pretty weak.
