They just need a couple upgrades on D and an older Skinner. The next three years actually look amazing for the Oilers. I did not expect them to win the Cup with a rookie goalie and Vinny and Ceci on D. Next year the core stays the same and they likely get some help on the blueline.

Skinner has been consistently poor all playoffs. He's Andrew raycroft. Maybe he can be a journeyman backup
