Hes only a Norris candidate because he had an outlier year and Makar had a slightly off year.

Makar is a top 2-3 player in the game when hes playing healthy.

As someone who watched him in Brooks you would think he wouldn't be able to do that at the NHL level, and he not only controls play like that, he does it better.
