He jabs McNabb's foot with his stick blade as they are going into the boards. It's dangerous to do that. It was a penalty, should've been called and wasn't. Such is NHL hockey.

Replay I saw was more can opener… McNabb kinda got tripped up pinching RV’s stick at around knee level…

To me that was a penalty… but maybe not an OT penalty since RV just had his stick in the wrong spot and McNabb’s stride through it is what caused him to trip.

Call the major. Review it. Then decide. It's OT in a playoff game and they did it 10 minutes ago in the same game to make sure. Guy left the game injured as well.

A major for what? There is no provision for a tripping major in the NHL rulebook. If you want the refs to just make shit up then you need to support them making a non-call because that is equally allowable under the "refs can do whatever they want whenever they want" paradigm.

Occasionally the referees accidentally treat the Oilers fairly, and their fans aren’t used to that.
