It does look like Thompson could be back for this series, so then maybe Vegas has a chance for me if they have a goalie that can play well for awhile, I just don't think Brossoit is a dependable enough playoff goalie.

Tough to say. Coming back after such a long layoff is a real wild card. How much has he played the last 3 or 4 months?
Even for a solid proven goalie it's not easy to do, let alone for a rookie.

I just came to with reality if I can afford to buy tickets I can afford the beer.
I get more made when I get free tickets and the game is shit. It's as if my buddy knew it would be a bad game and didn't want to spend money on beer.
I used to be notoriously cheap about buying concessions, but then again I had season tickets for a while. Spend thousands of dollars for tickets per year, and... no thanks to overpriced junk at the arena on top of it all. On the other hand, now that I only go once a year, I bough eight drinks at $15 each one year.

I won't buy food at arena. I keep hearing the new arena has some decent food, but still have yet to try it. Either I eat at home or there are many restaurants around the arena that I know I'll get a good meal and not be disappointed.
But ya, I like to have beer when watching a game.

A lot hinges on Nurse. Hes still the #1D on the Oilers. If he is consistent he is even worth his cash. But as it stands Vegas has the better D and that worries me. Pietrangelo, Theodore, Martinez wow. I'm probably forgetting someone.

Feeling torn. Really like Vegas, always have. But feel I have to cheer for the Albertan team to the north and McD. Won't be mad either way this goes. Hope it's a good one.

Nurse had a couple bad games but his last games were much better and he was one of the best players on the ice. It was a storyline in the turnaround for the series

The only reason that the Knights put Whitecloud out there is that he draws the big hits that other players might take. Sort of the goat in the barnyard.

Yes he's not skating, but no one really knows his status, he was supposed to miss about 3 weeks starting at the end of March, it's still possible, unless they know it's not.
