For one they thought Thompson would be back at that time. They didn't know he would re-injure himself in April. And also no clear upgrades got traded anyways. Korpisalo is no better than Brossoit and he's the best goalie that moved.

I'll take 3-2 after having our worst period of the playoffs. Vinny needs to sit next game. He's been responsible for several goals against these playoffs.

Oilers are probably adapting to all the open space they have compared to against LA.

Knights looking great. I think this will be a fun back and forth series and go 6/7 games. Oilers looked bad that period so expecting a rebound.
