Leftfield-Prediction:This game is gonna be very tough for the Avs to win
We are going to take Game 2 in fashion and go for the early kill....

For Drouin, it wasn’t a muscle tear or injury that required rehab, etc. It was a cut. So it’s really just making sure the cut is healed enough that it won’t re-open.Feels like if Avs lose tonight, JD might be back in game 3, if we win they’ll probably feel no need to rush him back so maybe game 4 or 5
Alot of people said teams like Winnipeg, Dallas and Vegas would bully us and our small dmans.
Rantanen plays soooo much better when he's pissed off. You saw it last game after the 1st period debacle. He definitely used his body and would have set up MacKinnon for a nice goal but Nate just missed.
Also remember how he snapped his stick in half in G5 against WPG and then scored two goals?
We need someone to piss Mikko off before each game. Can someone please give Dater his credentials back or something? Or maybe Lehky can talk to his dad and tell him to publically call out Mikko every day "yeah he's producing but still not looking good" or something like that.
They're going to be eating 215lbs of crow once we activate our 3rd line grinder from LTIR.Was listening to the talking heads on NHL Radio on SiriusXM this morning. They're starting to eat crow on saying the Avs don't have any depth.
Advanced stats we like=good. Advanced stats we don’t like=needs context
Of course, we get THAT crew.
I think Forslund is great. I used to like Eddie O until he started actively rooting against the Avs.Could be worse, we could get Sean "Prince Valium" McDonough
I have no idea what is going to happen in game 2. We might win, we might lose
I don't think you bench PariseSo assuming there's no more injury, once Drouin and Kivi are back who get scratched? Wagner and Parise?
Forslund is fine, the other two are awful for reasons overly stated on this site. Why can't we get Kenny and Callahan and send these other f***s to NYC?Could be worse, we could get Sean "Prince Valium" McDonough
I think you rotate out Cogs & Parise tbh. I think some would say Duhaime, but I think we need his size and physical play on the 4th lineI don't think you bench Parise
Definitely not Parise. So assuming there's no more injury, once Drouin and Kivi are back who get scratched? Wagner and Parise?
Definitely not Duhaime.Definitely not Parise.
Wagner 100%. Then 1 of Cogliano/Duhaime.
