Was rooting for the wild but unlike this pathetic kings team the hawks will expose this weak ducks D and can actually shoot so this rookie doesn't look like god mode.

Amazing to see go from the exhilaration of the last series to the collapse of this series. I can't remember ever going through such a 180 as a fan.
It's gone so fast I fear they have the bends...

I can think of a couple with the Dodgers in the past...but NOT with teh Kings...

Anaheim looks like the better team. We just don't have the skill to match our heart. Whatcha gonna do? :dunno:

Let's see how DL handles the team this off-season. If he doesn't address major issues, we will likely get shafted by Anaheim/Chicago again.

This team won't show up until their facing elimination, should have known from last series.

I agree to a degree, but there are too many signs that this simply just wasn't going to be the year. You can survive one core player ******** the bed but not two and Richards and Brown outside of flashes aren't really showing much. Then half of defense got injured. And now that the top line ceased to be super hot, they're done.

Can't wait to see Sutter's post game presser and hear him say he thought his team played well. They're playing like a bunch of gutless losers who just rolled over and died.

It doesn't matter guys, if it didn't happen this series it was going to happen the next series, can you imagine Chicago's forwards feasting on Greene and Schultz's footspeed, Voynov treating the puck like a hand grenade and Muzzin's mistakes.

Sucks for you guys back home there to have to deal with the Ducks fans, it would have sucked for me a second straight year here. And I still have plenty of friends back home in OC, so I'm going to get it two years in a row.

The Kings still have a good core and they will be back, but they need to say goodbye to a few guys who were important pieces of the puzzle in 2012. Greene and Richards are absolutely done as anything more than a press box defenseman and a fourth line center. Mitchell is still a solid player but this is the second straight year he has been injured in the playoffs, he can't be counted on. I would also see what we can get for Williams, he has been a good soldier but his play is way to erratic.

How to describe 13/14 season...

These guys look physically and emotionally done. The Sharks series expended a boat load of energy and emotion and coming into this series without Mitchell and then losing RR early in Game 1 added to the fact.

The 2 wins gave them a bit of a lift but not enough to eventually get through another long series.

I'm still hoping against hope but this is looking grim.
