I was going to call it the most sexy period of hockey I've ever seen, but one of the periods in that game 6 in 2012 may top it.

I knew when Carter was coming in, it was in the goal. Just a month ago, if we saw Muzzin go to the dressing room, some would be happy... but I was going ****!!

Muzzin has been outstanding, with just a few poor plays in that one game.
Tanner Pearson? Damn! Does anyone have a Tanner Pearson jersey? I may
want to be the first. Kid can flat out play. All zones. Stellar. Speed that we
have desperately needed up front. Great shot, makes great plays and will
only get better. Never to be in Manchester again, unless he has to go back anf
get any of his stuff.

I pretty much had the same feeling on the Carter breakaway as I did on the Kopitar O.T. goal in game 1 of the 2012 finals. You just knew he was going to score.

That's why Doughty's just isn't a captain material, just yet. It's great that he's emotional, but he needs to learn to temper his emotions.

Just so you know, TSN played "Another One Bites The Dust" heading into a commercial after the Richards' goal.

Very appropriate choice. Brian Engbloom was on NHL Live today and said the Kings have a great group, that the locker room is full of confidence, more than most teams he's covered. He said he felt that before game 7 vs Sharks, the Sharks room/players just didn't have that vibe.
That faith they have in each other, from the leaders on down, is thru the history they've shared and what they've overcome. And a large part of why they are 5-0 this year in elimination games and with a good shot at being 6-0. You can't put a price on how special this group is.

Justin Williams - money in the bank in game 7. Who didn't see that coming.
Pearson- is getting beastlier every game. How much fun is he going to be next year in a full 82? (If Sutter doesn't screw it up )

Mike 'Fistpump' Richards with those 2 first period points now has 18 points ( 3 goals and 15 assista ) elimination games.

IF only the Kings could play elimination games all the time...they just are a force. All balls and heart.

And I was just as pissed off as Dewey was. I saw that blocked shot and Perrry's stick break. He never touched Perry'sstick.
But God is still a Kings fan...still wearing his 2012 champagne soaked jersey
