Mistake to start McDrai together. All thats accomplishing early in game is tiring both as they go all in trying to get some. Also two PP's we can't complain, both were weak calls and did we got nothing with it. LA can play solid first couple periods. They fall apart in third, and thats when we should hit magic McDrai.

As per usual the rest of the lineup getting nothing done. Andersson even tried to wake up RNH but to no avail.

McD expending all kinds of energy out there. Kind of worries me. This season he runs out of steam when he's doing too much in first periods. Oilers kind of blowing their wad out there AND losing.

Even the last 10 years has been a major shift. More obvious corruption overall. Horrible officiating, some teams being ridiculously favoured like pet teams (vs some having ridiculous rulings like the pro-rated goals for Neal), forever contracts with trash production companies (Rogers). Most hockey pundits would be better suited to being political pundits (no depth of analysis, parroting junk etc.)

The game overall just isn't very fun to watch. The stars are treated like garbage to prop up boring bottom 6 grinders. Rats get away with everything

Yah the massive regression of RNH and Hyman has basically made this PP a 2 man team. RNH has to be replaced permanently next year. His best days are behind him. Hes a 3rd line winger at this point

Kings are attacking much more actively against our PP as well, which they should. They were far too passive on pk last playoffs.

Kings have gotten better on special teams. We didn't expect Kings to be winning Special teams battle 3-0 through 4 periods.

He doesn't move very quickly in a lateral direction and he practically never challenges the shooter.

The guys we lost McLeod, Foegle, Holloway etc really pushed the Kings back and PK really has taken a hit too. Podkolzin and Arvidsson have been nothing short of embarrassing. They look like AHL players at this point.

One thing I will say is that the Oilers 6 most talented goal scorers are on the first 2 lines. That's an improvement.

That goal the Kings scored. Just look at how horrific Skinners read is and how he comes across the ice. No mofo effort, doesnt stuck his blocker out nothing no stretching, just casually assumes the smallest position and non chalantly slides across hoping that the puck hits him.
