Great 1st Period by The Blues, The Jets could barely get by The Red Line with puck possession. The Blues' forecheck has been devastating to them, as has The Blues' hitting. It'll be interesting to see what adjustments The Jets will make.

I don’t understand how somebody who studies goaltending as much as Hellebuyck does can give up two goals on the first four shots. For somebody who knows more about tending goal than anyone, he sure doesn’t seem very comfortable in the net.

2nd goal is the same as the schenn 3rd goal last game and a NHL goaltender should never allow that in, even in the preseason.

I think we let our foot off the gas a bit in the last 10 minutes or so there. Really need to come out flying. We've built up a nice lead, but the next goal sets the tone for the rest of the game. We go up 3-0 and the Jets are probably cooked. Go to 2-1 and now the crowd is back in it and Winnipeg thinks they have a chance.
