I'd like to see the actual running footage frame by frame. The still/freeze image has Johansson's stick blade pretty far inside the cage. Ho did it get there? How long was it there?

Not MacK fault. It was a lot of milliseconds. Not buying the accident thing. Way too long. He may not have known where he stick was, in the mask.. but he had to know he was causing disruption to Kuemper. As you said, phone booth...
