1st he completely left the net in the wrong direction for absolutely no reason
2nd he left the short side wide open when he already had a defenceman covering the far side
3rd was just bad rebound control, he struggles tracking the puck

1st was a fluke deflection that goes in 99% of the time.

2nd was an elite goal after the entire Canuck team let Forsberg walk in completely uncontested.

Canucks are playing terrible. It happens. They have to get pucks to the net in droves to have a hope.
