Good period

This is the playoffs, keep playing like that and they'll fold.

One thing I belive in a lot, is that when this team keeps the game at this pace, the other team eventually can't keep the pace and starts to make more and more mistakes.

This normal for us, it's not for any other team in the league. They'll break as the game goes on if they can keep forcing this pace.

If they keep doing this they'll grind them to dust by the third period.

He has never been a play driver. If you expected that, you are expecting the wrong player.

Nelson needs someone who can drive the play so he can finish. It's why 62-11-88 looked so good.

If only we had a fast, play driving, playmaking, righty right winger, to play with the lefty sniper center.

His reaction time alone is cause for concern.

Pretty even game if good chances are 2 to 2?
Honestly idk how much I trust those numbers lol off the top of my head "high danger" chances the Avs had:

- Drury point blank in front miss
- Coyle drive to the net hooked
- Lindgren pass from Manson slot
- Makar walking in all alone to slot
- MacKinnon backdoor pass to Necas 10 seconds left

Or they start clutching and grabbing and hooking but DeBoer gives a stern look at the refs and the Refs know better than to call penalties.

Keep putting pressure on the Dallas D. Their bottom pairing is a huge weakness and have been eviscerated so far tonight
Checks out

Stupid penalty allows a bad goal, spoils a dominating first period. Classic avs.

Subban is fun, love how passionate he is. I also truly believe he's a bit of an Avs fan.

I don't mind when he talks shit, because it reminds me of Ryker years ago.

Kelly needs to slow his man down with light contact, not straight grabbing him. Lean the body in when the guy is coming.

I don't hate the penalty, but the margin is so thin.

We need to get that 2nd line going. It's Bednar job to get this going and he had weeks to figure this out. He needs to switch Necas-Nichuskin ASAP.

To be fair nothing Lindgren does is dangerous offensively.
