I think this is the healthiest the Oilers have been for the playoffs, doesnt mix well with LA taking bonehead penalties constantly and losing to lottery teams during the last stretch of games. I think Oilers are the better team and and have more momentum. we will see who shows up tonight !

Oilers have the skills advantage and physicality advantage.

Kings play prevent against the Oilers which doesn't ever get it done.

Anything is possible but the Oilers should come out on top tonight.

At least LA fans wont have to deal with TMac's lack of adjustments.

Lack of adjustments? Pretty sure he switched gum flavours mid game last year in the playoffs.

I'm thinking this will be the only sweep of round one. If for no other reason than the kings are employing Pierre Luc Deborah. You can't win with weiners on your team.

LA would have gone up 3-1 last year if not for a late goal by Kane and an OT winner by Hyman.

They give the Oilers trouble and are a thorn in their side. Though I do think the Oilers will win, I don't like this talk of LA will be easy, they're very annoying and resilient.

Plus the Oil suck in game 1's. Cautiously optimistic

They blew a 3-2 series lead in 2022 and a 3-0 Game 4 lead while up 2-1 in the series in 2023. Place your bets on what the next choke will look like.

Oilers have to be favorites here. Probably the best roster constructed this year.

Kings play a lot of prevent hockey. I wonder if they open it up if they can't contain McDavid and draisaitl.
