I didn't think Dallas took penalties. At least that's what the Refs thought last game. Lady Bings all around.

There were 2 instances during the 4min PK in OT where refs could've called a penalty against Dallas.. one of which was Seguin hitting Skinner in the mask with his stick.
If they ignored that then they had 0 intention of being fair.
