Can't believe some of the **** I'm reading on this board.

The majority of you need to get real. Lots of time left in this game.

It's not that, it's just you don't start a game like this, especially down 3-1 in their home.

There's lots of time left in the game but one team is skating circles around the other. The one in white looks like a bunch of traffic cones.

No energy from this team from top to bottom. Quick always sucks against certain teams, Chicago is one of them. Brutal back breaking goals, but he took the team as far as he could. He's received no support from his forwards and the team defense has been passive and dreadful.

Time to experiment, throw Muzzin out there for 30 mins and see what he can do.

I'm rooting for Chicago in the SCF. I still have a soft spot for Zus. He was part of the veteran leadership that helped our franchise snapped our long playoff drought. I want to see him finally lift the Cup at 36.

Just don't give another goal till the end of the period and then regroup.

Also I don't think the first goal is a softie. Okay, it's sort of a softie but Quick did what he had to do, maybe he reacted one nanosecond late. That goal was flukier than Morris' last year.

If Chicago did win it, the only player I would be happy for is Zus.

Glad to see Carter hasn't quit like you guys so easily did.

I don't think anyone has quit, but it's depressing knowing how hard its been for the Kings to even muster a shot on goal, much less a scoring chance. Having to score 3 feels like they have to score 6.

They are starting to pick it up.

Doomsayer fans, please leave. Leave this thread for the real fans.

Kings with 3 shots so far. Hawks not letting them even get started on anything. Yes, it's early in the game but, down by 2 in the first 8 minutes does not make for encouragement

Chicago is a better team right now, no idea why people are surprised.

Should have won both at home, but this game is going like I expected.

The Kings Stanley Cup victory was Game 7 vs. San Jose. They barely made it out of that series and winning that round was a huge victory for this team.

Not to say they were content after that win, but I think they had given it their all by that point. Going off of adrenaline can get you so far, at some point, the injuries will take a toll on their bodies and we're seeing it.

I said it in the last game: this team is on life support and were just barely clinging on, and tonight they flatlined.
