Team Doctors are paid to just analyze, they are not paid to keep players off the ice.

Boogard is a prime example of how Team doctors are not paid to have players best interest in mind.

They are paid to keep players on the ice and analyze/treat injures.

They really need to give him a taste of his own medicine.

He didn't do anything wrong, he finished his check. It wasn't dirty, Brown makes hits like that all the time. If Richards is still feeling symptoms he shouldn't be out there and put in position to get hit.

I saw him out there a few times.

If the guy really had a concussion and played...

Well of course the doctors wouldn't clear him.

Richards wasn't doing much out there anyway and he was on the fourth line limiting his ice time.

And Brown gets called dirty for it

Dude, come on. Boogaard is an extreme example. They wouldn't keep put him out there. The management cares about winning but they care more about money. They won't let a guy signed for 5 million a year for the next decade on the ice with a concussion. That's just ridiculous.
