If this kind of play continues, Crawford will not have been challenged for most of this series. I don't think that bodes well for him if Chicago advances.

I just don't think he is that good. Unfortunately, the Kings are making him look like a HOFer. Very frustrating.

They're not making him look like anything really, he's facing no good quality shots and hasn't had to bail his team out like Quick did on many occasions in the first two rounds. Crawford has gone untested this series. The Bruins will definitely play at a higher tempo and will aggressively attack the net.

Don Cherry and Ron McLean have no idea why it wasn't icing and they've watched it multiple times. The refs blew another call and may have cost us a series

I agree. The only chance was Doughty and it was by him before he could react to it. I think the ref was premature when he waved it off

While you're watching UFC and if you hear the Kings have come back, please don't switch the channel back to this game, obviously you're the bad luck charm :sarcasm:

No, I still have the game playing on my laptop. But at this point it's only on in the background. I don't have the self control to actually turn it off completely. :(

Next year I would like the Kings to get a fourth line like the Bruins have.

Boston's fourth line is a meat grinder that can score, speed too.

Boston has such a well balanced lineup.

Dean signed him and it may cost us Scuderi.

It's not like Scuderi being a UFA at the end of the year was a surprise to Lombardi. He may have gone out of his way to sign Regehr when he did, but he did so fully aware of the Scuderi situation. I'm sure each side has talked to each other, and maybe there's a sense that Scuderi wants to go somewhere else. Considering Scuderi only got a big contract later in his career, maybe being a two time champ can get him even more money out on the market, and he wants to see what's out there in what will probably be his last shot at significant money.

Actually they showed the ref with his arm in the air to indicate icing, and then he just dropped it for no reason. Mind blowing.

Like I've said a billion times, Dean is extremely calculated. I'm sure he's reached out to Scuderi. We don't know what goes on behind the scenes or how much money he wants. The Regehr signing could simply be damage control.

We have the same 4th line as we did last year when we won the Cup. They aren't the problem, the top line is.

signs of life from Brown, Muzz and Doughty

Anyone notice that every single time the Kings have the puck they give it away? These guys look like the Kings from the first 2 weeks of the season.

Everyone save for a couple of exceptions is simply playing their worst hockey at the same time. Happened to Pittsburgh against Boston and look where they are now. Could be due to a number of reasons for that, but it happens and we can't pin this on one particular player or reason.

Muzzin is our best player right now, WTF
