Richardson is one of my favorite players. He isn't the biggest or most skilled guy, but he ALWAYS gives 100% effort and comes up with timely plays and goals. He is exactly what you want as a 4th line player.

Really, how many of those 17 shots were of the high quality variety? Three, four, maybe five. Everything else was from the outside.
With that though, Kings have to get the puck to the middle in the Hawks zone.

Ugly,but Williams comes through at the right time like always.

I think all these shots will actually keep Quick sharp and ready. I expect we'll see some highlight reel saves out of him this series.

I don't mind getting outshot since we are a defensive team, but not with this 17-2 gap.

Kings do need to play smarter, couple of really really bad penalties, and WTF was Lewis doing at our blue line there, bizarre play, he had no one within 10 feet and stood there with the puck. Very strange play.

I think the Kings picked it up a bit in the final 7 minutes or so, hopefully just jitters earlier.

I hope Sutter goes to Toffoli or an extra d-man going forward, Clifford is a total liability out there, even in 4th line minutes he is taking insanely stupid penalties. He can't be trusted.

Yup they took stupid shots so those stats are really a bad reference. We aren't getting out played badly, just a bit slow that's it.
