Looking at his thread on the Islanders board they seem to absolutely hate him. Not sure about him, Holmström pass on Aho with the defensemen already on the team for a third pairing Salomonsson, Fantenberg and Heed are way better options.
Well they watch him a lot more than I do so they probably have a reason.
Maybe back then. I’m still not sure about adding theese kinds of players at this point. Big no on Aho. He’s simply not suitable for the available roles.
EK is massively underrated in the back end. People will finally see now that he accepted an invite. But, he is a generational talent offensively. So, why waste his talents doing the dirty work.
He’s the kind of player that can drag a shitty team kicking and screaming, way further than they would normally be able to go at his best. No matter how you look at it there aren’t many of those around.
You guys are going to be a world class pain in the ass in Prague.
