80s night again at work
They did a Y100 sonic session like 2 weeks before Michael Hutchence died. I think there’s still audio of it.Don't Change is amazing. Tragic story with the lead singer.

G Love and Special Sauce tonight in SF. Phenomenal show. Chuck Treece, very happy surprise to me, on drums.
You have no idea how happy it makes me that someone, anyone here knows what a f***ing cool dude, bad ass mofo, and legend he is. I grew up a skate punk kid in the Philly area in the 80s. Between him as a skater, McRad, Underdog, I am just happy he's still out there. I had no idea he was doing this these days. He was f'in' smokin hot on the drums, all night, and just cool as a cucumber. I had to look up some of the crazy, cool side projects he's been doing in recent years.Holy shit. I can’t Love this post enough. Chuck’s a legend.

G Love really brings it on these gigs, too.
Nice. I don't know how old you are, but I wonder if we might've crossed paths (or at least been in the same place/same time back in those days. Did you used to go to shows at City Gardens in Trenton?Same crowds for me. I understand completely.
McRad is still playing shows if you can believe it. I saw them a couple of times in the last 5ish years at Kung Fu Necktie.
