A little 80's French synth-pop anyone? Farmer is something of a really weird Gallic cross of Madonna & Kate Bush, though more limited as a vocalist. Her early videos are a rabbit hole well worth going down. Warning: Several of them are decidedly NSFW, including as they do (full frontal) nudity, though were apparently fine to put on broadcast TV for French teenagers to watch in the 80's and 90's.

Wasn't even on my radar! I see they're heading to Philly in November. I think I'm going to have to grab a ticket. I think the last time I saw the Archer's was back in 96 with Spoon opening up for them.

I saw them in Philly and then in Toronto about a decade ago when they did those tours. Still sound great. Prior to that I think 97 was the last time I saw them

I actually started a Facebook fangroup for them called Floating Friends a few years back, so I keep pretty looped in and knew this was coming. The Philly show is making up for the one that was cancelled earlier due to Covid. Hoping they make it to Toronto as I don't think I have cause to be in Philly in November. Get out there and catch that show!

Elton John fan since 72 when I was nine. Seen him 15+ times. Decided not to see his last tour for the 3rd time since it was at the Phillies stadium in July, poential weather and cost were the decision. Lil Swami was asked to take a ticket yesterday, so she will being going and seeing him for the first time. Perfect weather, so jealous.

Never tried this, but will be fun. Will take some effort. My radio genres are adult contemporary ( philly's WXPN), alt rock and may even a contemporary Christian song.
