Because Therrien is a dinosaur and is obsessed with overplaying his vets even though they do **** all for the most part.

Any other coach in the league would have Galchenyuk playing 16-18 minutes a night on the top line this season.

Its seriously common sense by now. He's been the team's best forward for 10 or so games now while the captain has initiated his bi-weekly ghost protocol.
