The 2nd line is coming around. An effective top 6 will bolster the 3rd line. And if Philp comes in for Doc, the 4th line will chip in and provide some energy. 93-97-18 really have to get going.

The defense and goaltending are another story.

Hyman at least generates chances and is good on the forecheck. RNH has been nothing except bad giveaways and missed shots.

He kills chances with offsides and goalie interference. He is also never in a scoring rush with McDavid nor helping in defensive end.
Once the guys start scoring all this will be forgotten but right now every mistake is getting amplified
