Nice win.

Not so good for our draft position. We battled. Lots of ugly play though. Tough to win without the big fella and Chef. Good on 'em for gutting it out with a bunch of unknowns in the lineup.

Well our draft spot will get worse.....but on the bright side it will give me enough time to have an extra beer lol

In the first period, the Avalanche's announcers were saying that Wheeler has been the best opposing player against the Avs all season (out of the entire league). I guess that's even truer now.

Mike Johnson kinda sucks

Right from the first goal by Laddie I knew the team was going to win but I really got tired of Mike Johnson of TSN constantly picking apart the Jets all night. This team is down 4 of their best players and beat the Avs, if the Avs were down that kind of talent it would have been a blow out. Lawless as well requires a swift kick in the you-know-what for his inane, out of shape take on the Jets blathering about how we have to look forward to next season. Pessimism is for losers, losers don't deserve to have important jobs. `Nuff said.
