The jump pic
So now we have three #1 D: Dahlin, Power, and Bobby Orr.

Word around the Q about his level of toughness is that he would jump like that if he had one leg and it was brokenHis knee seems ok. He wouldn’t jump like that if he was badly hurt.

Just because we didn’t have to sign him yet - and he was a 5th round pick. He can’t play in Rochester next year so our org doesn’t gain anything by getting him under contract now vs next year. There are valid points to signing him now as @HOOats mentioned. I also didn’t say it was a bad thing, just noting that KA is aggressive signing these guys early. I’m not predicting anything bad with this player - but it’s becoming a trend with KA. It could backfire, it might not.
Quebec continued it's strong play with another win last night. VK was on for one of Rochette's goals for (the first) and the only Seattle goal, but generally played his solid defensive game. He was pissed at himself for the goal against:
Just wanted to circle back to this momentarily - Komarov is now the 11th player from his draft class taken in the 5th round or later who has signed an ELC so just about 11% thus far. It does seem teams are more willing to sign later picks than ever before.
Didn't we suspect that would happen with COVID? Late sleepers.Interesting. I’d be curious to see how many of those are overagers
If I’m reading correctly they should be on today at 9 eastern. If they win they should advance to the championship game. But I get turned around a lot on these things.have the quebec games been on nhl network? I set the memorial cup games to tape, but so far I've only collected kamloops/peterborough.

This is like watching Rochester vs Hershey reffing, where Quebec is playing the part of Rochester.
