Arvidsson is a very solid top 6 winger. 1 year left at 4.25M

LA doesn't want to move him, but may have to due to cap constraints.

What teams would be interested? LA can't take any cap back in the trade (unless we're getting a quality LHD in return), so draft picks are the preferred return.

Type of player I'd think Vancouver would be interested in. We don't really have a surplus of assets to get a deal like that done though.

Unless you're interested in Garland or Boeser, and we can throw a sweetener on top? I just don't see us having much to offer ya guys.

Kings would only consider that if Fehervary is good right now. If he's a question mark, LA won't do it.

We need a sure thing LHD. The point of LA moving Arvidsson's contract is to try and re-sign Gavrikov.

I really don't know enough about Fehervary, but the analytics suggest he's not what LA needs at the moment.

Getting rid of Petersen's contract negates the need to get rid of Arvidsson, so I don't think this works for us.

Also LA has too many forwards right now, so Katchouk, Johnson and Entwistle wouldn't be of interest.

He'd comfortably be LA's second best LD after Anderson if Gavrikov leaves and has more room to grow with his top tier mobility. Capitals would only be interested in something like this if Orlov was brought back and Fehervary is the best trade chip of Sandin/Alexeyev/Fehervary 2018 drafted LD class

I would definitely be calling up the Kings as an Avs fan, we need to add some top 6 players and the Kings have a nice surplus, this would be a good player to shoot for, for them. I’m not sure the ask or the cost, but I think the Avs and Kings could be good trade partners this off-season

I agree. But Avs and Kings are in the same conference. Both teams probably don't want to make each other better.

Arvidsson is still really good. Every time I see him he reminds me of that fast annoying wasp that just dont know how to quit.

Would love to have my opponents having that guy to worry about. Seems like a perfect fit for a contender imo.

Haven’t seen him that much but the times I have seen him he looks like he makes way more than his salary and also the type of guy that drains energy of the other team.

One of the attackers have to go regardless of Petersen.
Also Peterson is back with the big team for next season and not a cap dump anymore

If the Kings do a deal with Pittsburgh, additional pieces could be added from either side to make things work.

Durzi for example could be included as well from LA. Kings have Clarke coming in next year so Durzi probably has to be moved.
