Hey guys,

Is anyone else planning on going to game one? I think I'm going to head out to LA for the game. I live in Vegas so it's a short drive and tickets aren't that bad (500 bucks for seats upstairs) but I was wondering if any of you guys had the same plan? If so, we should meet up to pregame!

Let's go Rangers!

Mods...sorry if this is in the wrong place.

upper deck

if you can afford it, buy lower level tickets. The upper deck at Staples is much worse than most upper decks, it is way high

Die-Hard NYR Fan living in LA, looking for game 2 or 5 if anyone finds a good ticketing source. The upper deck has good sight lines upper is pretty steep. And it's pretty cavernous. You're pretty far away from the other side of the arena.

I just logged in to make a post just like this one. Thanks for doing it.

I will be going. I lived in Queens, NY for 20 years and just recently moved to Burbank ,CA. Absolutely a diehard and will be attending game 1 in the upper end of section 305 I believe row 8!

LET'S GO RANGERS!!!!

I bought game 7 tickets. Would love to know about your experience! (I actually need to sell one of them lol)

As I have never tried to do this before I'm not sure of my options at this point to get a single ticket to Game 1. Stubhub?

Stubhub has a ton of tickets. Ticketzoom has a few singles as well.

My roommate and I will be arriving in LA Wed morning at like 9 am. Plan on hanging out at the beach for a bit before pre-gaming.

Anyone familiar with the area and with the bar scene?

Section 306 row 9 here brother! We should FOR sure link up.

Its ~$200 cheaper to fly roundtrip for game 1 (including ticket) than just going to game 3 at MSG. Even worse for games 4 and 6.

Insanity.

Viewing Party in Bryant Park for Game 1

Per the Rangers Facebook, there will be a fan fest and viewing party for Game 1 in Bryant Park on Wednesday night. Looks like it'll be a fun event! Flyer is attached...

Signed up for a chance to win the opportunity to buy single game tickets in LA -

Odds probably aren't very good, but worth a shot.

My tickets ended up costing $454 each. Not bad all things considered. I was lucky enough to go to a cup game in '94 before I moved out to Vegas and I just couldn't pass this up. Now, to avoid getting jumped by the Kings fans. I went to the Rangers/Kings game at the MGM this last pre-season and I gotta tell ya....they reminded me of Philly fans...but more "gangster." LOL

Totally, the tight corridors through the MGM and the joke of a security job, didn't help either.

One of the reasons to build a new arena should be to fix the huge fire/security hazard for getting everyone in and out of the place.
