OT: Video Game Thread Part VIII

Yeah I played some WL last night since I figured it would be less sweaty than Div 2 to get the Goal Obj for the 89x5. I’m 7-2. Couple chokes. Ready to get slammed by Elo lol.

Defending is a bitch now but I will take it if it means my guys aren’t offside 28 times a game in an offside trap. Couldn’t do anything in the final third before the patch with the way I prefer to play passes.

The through balls went from being terrible to OP. They don’t even go where you aim. They go to avoid the defender. I can’t imagine how good that KDB is with his playstyles.

And I know exactly what you mean. I’m just wondering if they might scale it back a little bit in the next patch because obviously this is a big change and most people love it, but EA might think it’s ended up being a little too big of a change. I’m sure they’re looking at stats like goals per game and seeing a huge increase. I guess we’ll see.

Speaking of that KDB SBC… not that you asked but Casillas continues to be the biggest fraud I’ve ever used. If you haven’t done the SBC yet I would definitely NOT recommend it.

I’m waiting to see what Bale looks like and go from there. If he has 5* skills I’ll probably do him.

I’m mostly using the 87 Buffon SBC and he only has one playstyle. Casillas has the same one and a bunch of others so in theory he can’t be worse lol.

Could be that he’s only 6’1”?
