Maybe - they aren't shy about trading fan favourites, so may be more willing to aggressively rebuild/retool while their guys still have value, instead of just riding their core into the ground like many franchises.

Nucks have already added Zadorov and Lindolm and likely add 1 more big piece. Vegas is also 24th in the league since game 13. Good on them for making moves tho, I love seeing oiler fans whine about cheating after all the 1sts they've had.

Them winning the Cup + no tax will basically make them a good team for the next 10-15 years. Players will want to go there because of the limelight and their management's commitment to winning.
