Close, but Bob’s save percentage was slightly better relative to the league (Facing the same shots, Bob would allow 79% of the goals of an average goalie, while Hellebuyck would allow 82% and Bob had 33.4 GSAA to 31.8 GSAA for Helly), and Bob was also better in terms of expected goals (they’re roughly even by Moneypuck’s analysis (33.1 to 33 for Helly), but Bob’s ahead by a bit on NaturalStatTrick (36.5 to 32.7) and ahead even more on EvolvingHockey(49.7 to 41.5 GAR).

Even with the Moneypuck analysis, we also have to consider that it’s easier to have more goals above expected when there’s more opportunity. So Hellebuyck allowed 81.1% of the goals he was expected to allow, while Bob allowed 79.4% of the goals he was expected to allow. And this disparity goes up with the other sites.
